This week one of the teachers brought in a toy cat and it looked so real that we made cat stories. My story was called " Alleyway cat". It was about a stray cat that I could keep.

This time I just have some facts about karate, well here they are:



Did youi know that the Japanese didn't really make up karate? Actually, Chinese traders bought karate into Japan.

Never in karate, when you do a punch, put your thumb inside your fist, put it on the outside of your fist.



People who learn karate are called katateka.


Karate is from the Island Okinawa.

Footsteps!!

At school we are doing a footsteps dancing routine every week on Wednesday. The grade twos' are doing it separately to the grade threes', fours', fives', sixes', . Last week we did a one person hip hop routine it was a bit tricky to learn the moves but in got it in the end. In my opinion the "moon walk" was the hardest to do, mostly everyone thought that move was the hardest to learn.

Term four!

Hiya blogheads,
Right now it is term four our new topic is passion projects. Mine is on Karate. Some people did theirs on some kind of sport, art and other passions.
Here is a fact: The karate belt level is, white, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, red, brown and black. Bye. . . for now!

athletics wooo hoooo!!!

On the real athletics day, I got into 200m sprint and 100m relays.
I was good in the relays but really bad in the 200m sprint. Our relay team came third.
Our team all won green ribbons.See ya.
